September Degustabox

September Degustabox
Another month, another amazing drool over food box from Degustabox*. I get way too excited about these boxes every month but let's face it who wouldn't be excited to receive a bundle of food in a subscription box?! This box is pretty good regarding taken things with me to uni for lunch it is like Degustabox can read my mind!
Burts Lentil Waves £2.07 - £0.60/unit
Never tried lentil waves before I am assuming they are very similar to crisps. These are available in Waitrose in these three tantalizing flavours: Thai sweet chilli, lightly salted and sour cream & chive. All of which sounds absolutely amazing! These would make a great alternative snack for uni or if I am feeling a bit peckish but don't want to eat proper crisps. I am very curious to try these and see what they taste like!
 Crabbies £1.20/1.50 = 330ml
My Grandad will be very happy to know he will be receiving some Crabbies again as he loves this stuff! I have to admit the lemonade with a twist of ginger sounds incredible and the packaging is very old school and chic almost - I love it! This brand comes up with some amazing flavours that I am sure my Grandad will love! One great thing about these boxes is there is something for everyone and some of this stuff can make great gifts.
Jordans Simply Granola £2.69
I love granola and I love this brand for my granola too so I was very pleased to see this in my box. With a hint of honey too sounds incredible this will be perfect in the morning with some raspberries and milk or yogurt depending on my mood! Degustabox you're making me a happy lady to try out a new flavour of granola!
Little Miracles £3.18 RRP = £1.59 Per bottle
Mentioned this before in previous boxes I love herbal teas anything to do with healthy eating, feeling good I am all for it! These are a beautiful blend of organic tea and fruit juice containing one of my favourites green tea! It is the perfect 'pick-me up' morning, noon and evening drink! Yet the best part is it is less than 90 calories so this organic energy drink is winning for me! I will be drinking plenty of these through uni!
Pick Up £3.38 5 pack=£1.69
We actually eat these at home already so when I saw these my first thoughts were hide these from my brother! I am even more thrilled to see there is a new flavour too! Already tried the new flavour and it is alright but not as good as the original. These thick milk chocolate sandwiched between two biscuits are amazing packed lunch box fillers! Be taken these with me to uni as a little snack/naughty treat!
 Carnation £3.30 £1.65/unit
This is how Degustabox knows me to well because since I have just got back to uni I am taken my own food in with me: pastas, cous cous, salads etc so these will be perfect to take nice warm pasta in! Never tried these before but I think they will make a delicious pasta bake of some sort! Especially good now that it is getting colder so hot meals are needed!
Righteous £2.19 (£0.73/unit) 225ml Bottles =  £2.49
When I first saw these my instant thought was salad! These are very unusual, crazy flavours but I am incredibly curious especially over the raspberry and sweet basil dressing. Unsure whether I am going to like these but I will give them a try with a salad or something, whip up a nice little meal!
La Vieja Fabrica Marmalade £1.59
Not a huge fan of marmalade myself but I have a feeling this might taste incredible because it is orange flavored. I love these types of jars because once used up we keep them for storage or cute little tealight holders. Hopefully I like this just as much as I am thinking of ways to reuse the jar!
Elizabeth Shaw dark chocolate mint thins £2.50
I love this brand it is very familiar to me now having received the amaretto an dark chocolate twigs. I really like this brand the chocolate tastes incredible! These will be great to have out on display if someone pops round for a coffee or something!

Overall I am really happy with everything I received in this month Degustabox - there is some really exciting brands to try out and plenty of snacks for me to carry around with me to uni. I would definitely recommend you try one of these boxes worth £12.99 a month as who doesn't love the element of surprise especially with food?! You come across some amazing brands and whip up some yummy recipes too!
You can find Degustabox on Twitter and Facebook for more information and what they've sent out in previous boxes. They have kindly given me a discount code of £3.00 off when registering for all of you lovely readers! Just type in: 4784595

  9. I'm always tempted by these but they don't cater for dietary requirements, has to be dairy free for me so I'm worried I'll waste some bits
