Maestro Makeup Brushes

Maestro Makeup Brushes
As a teenager makeup brushes weren't really a big thing in my everyday routine, I would religiously use my NO.7 foundation and concealer brush and that would be all. At the age of 21 I find myself with quite the collection of brushes and wondered how the teenage me lived on using 2 brushes every day. Nowadays we are surrounded by hundreds of different types of makeup brushes for all sorts of things - some brushes that even I am unfamiliar with. Maestro brush is a brand I have not heard of before but do some of those most curiously, fascinating makeup brushes.

First off if you are a student or even someone who doesn't want to pay to buy an expensive makeup brush these handmade Maestro brushes are really inexpensive to get a hold of. What I like about these brushes is that they are handmade and aren't synthetic or plastic at times you can tell the difference.

Shadow Brush No. 360: This was one of my favourite brushes from their collection because the oval shaped bristles made it easy for any eyeshadow to glide on perfectly. I found this brush really useful for the inner and outer corners too because the size isn't too bulky and gets exactly where you want it to.

Rouge Brush No. 150: This point shaped brush is used to apply powders or any sort of blushers. It has the perfect shape for applying blusher to the apple of your cheeks and it blends on so nicely. I haven't tried this brush for powder but I do think it is perfect for applying blusher, I love how soft the bristles are on this brush.

Seria Brush No. 142: I have never come across a makeup brush that looks as peculiar as this before. These style brushes are used to apply any sort of masks to your face - I never even knew this was a thing! I haven't tried this brush yet but I am excited to because the bristles feel incredibly soft.

Powder Brush No. 160: This oval shaped brush is used to apply any sort of powder or bronzers. What I like about this brush is its actual size I find a lot of powder brushes too intimidatingly huge on my face or some are too small. This is the perfect size for applying powder to my face it glides on so smoothly and quickly.

Eye Brush No. 481: Their website has this brush under no category but I have been using this as an outer corner blend brush. This brush is perfect for blending out the crease as the bristles are so fluffy and soft. I find I have a lot more control with this brush than what I do with my Real Technique brush for blending out eyeshadows.

Overall I think these brushes are great value for money and I would love to add more to my collection in the future, especially their corrector brushes.
