My Top 6 Christmas Films

My Top 5 Christmas Films
Christmas is so close to us now, which means I am able to listen to festive music and have cosy nights in watching Christmassy films with hot chocolates, to get in the festivity mood - which let's face it I am quite clearly already in. For today's post, I wanted to share with you all some of my favourite Christmas films that I love to watch throughout December.

P'S a lot of Disney films to be expected!

1. Disney's A Christmas Carol | This is an animated retelling of the Charles Dickens' classic novel about a Victorian-era miser taken on a journey of self-redemption, courtesy of several mysterious Christmas apparitions. I really like this film it is a lot different from most Christmas films I have in my favourites, but it does have a sense of adventure to it. It's a little bit like The Grinch, this grumpy old man ends up falling in love with Christmas. Just writing about it makes me want to watch it!

2. Edward Scissorhands | This was in my Halloween Favourite Films therefore that speaks for itself. This is about a young, quirky man who has scissors as hands and a freakish appearance. A saleswoman discovers Edward and takes him home, where he falls for Peg's daughter. The music and the elements of snow really makes this film feel Christmas-y and get you really excited. The TV always has this on around Christmas!

3. Disney's Frozen | When the newly crowned Queen Elsa accidentally uses her power to turn things into ice to curse her home in infinite winter, her sister Anna teams up with a mountain man, his playful reindeer and a snowman to change the weather condition and help save Elsa. You probably all know what Frozen is about as it seems as though everybody has saw this film! I love this film over the Christmas and to me it is a festive film. The soundtrack is so entertaining and the storyline has a great little twist to it.

4. The Holiday | Two women troubled with guy problems swap homes in each other's countries, where they meet a local guy and fall in love. If you like Love Actually you will probably like this film too. Even though it is on for over 2 hours, which seems extensive for a romantic film, it is a lovely film to watch over Christmas. I love Jude Law for starters, but there is a lot of wintry, Christmas vibes to this film which makes it perfect to snuggle on the sofa to watch.

5. Disney's Beauty and the Beast | When Belles father gets imprisoned by the Beast, she offers herself in exchange of his freedom. Unaware that her captor is in fact an enchanted prince, Belle and the Beast discover love for one another. I love this film! It is in fact my all time favourite Disney film, which is probably why I included it in this post. It has a lot of Christmas, cosy elements to it and the soundtrack is so much fun to sing along to.

6. The Nightmare Before Christmas | Jack Skellington, the king of Halloween Town discovers Christmas Town, but doesn't quite understand the concept behind it. If you enjoy those gothic, quirky, animated movies you will really enjoy this film. This film is a traditional film you have to watch over the Christmas! I didn't think I'd enjoy this film, given it looks a lot like a Halloween film, but I actually really enjoyed it.

These are my Top 6 Favourite Christmas Films that I watch every single year and can never get bored of. I do have other favourites that I would also recommend such as Elf, Home Alone, Jingle all the Way and The Polar Express. These are all typical Christmas-y films that get you in the festive mood!

Festive Reds

Festive Reds
Apart from the cosy knitted socks, oversized jumpers and lots of LUSH baths, another reason why I love the festive season is I am able to pick and choose between my dark lipsticks. Red is such a classic Christmassy colour to wear, I usually sway more towards purple lips in winter, but this year I have decided to rock the red more. Today I am sharing with you my top 5 festive red lipsticks!

Chanel 'Arthur' Hydrating Lipstick* - This is such a classic shade of red that is perfect for both day and night wear. What I love about this lipstick is how hydrating it feels sometimes, it can be a bit of a chore finding a lipstick that hydrates really well. The colour is so pigmented and long-lasting, which is perfect because topping up red lipstick can take a while!

Nars Lip Pencils 'Cruella' & 'Iberico' - I never really understood the concept of lip pencils, these to me seem a bit more like a thin version of a chubby stick. I feel as though I have more control using these lip pencils than I do with lipstick, they are incredibly easy and quick to apply. I find these so long lasting and the pigmentation is stunning - a little goes a long way. Cruella is definitely a more of a deep red, perfect for festive occasions whereas Iberico is a little bit more perfect for daytime wear.

Rimmel Kate Moss Lipsticks '12' & '01' - I've always been a huge fan of Kate Moss lipsticks as they last such a long time! Number 12 is a cheaper alternative to the Nars 'Iberico' shade and 01 is definitely your classic, deep red wine shade, perfect on Christmas Day. These are inexpensive and easier to pick up compared to Nars and Chanel and I find they moisturize your lips a little bit more.

My Festive Makeup Essentials

My Festive Makeup Essentials
Ahh, the festive season is finally here! I love winter, it is all about the sparkle and shimmer for me so, what better way then to update my makeup routine!? Today I am going to share with you all My Festive Makeup Essentials that'll really get you looking like a Christmas snowflake or angel!

Chanel Les Ombre Eyeshadow Quad 'Tisse Camelia'* | Chanel is a very special brand therefore what better time to wear it than the festive season. These ombre quads include 4 vibrant, pigment-rich eyeshadows that are so long-lasting and powerful on the lids. Including a highlight, two medium tones and a deep shadow to intensify the eyes. This palette is amazing for winter as you can create so many festive, shimmery, bold looks for both day and night. I love the packaging that it comes in, very sophisticated and classy.

No.7 Highlighting Stick | I highlight my face all year round but when it gets to Winter I swap my powdery highlights for a more thick, creamy one. The no.7s highlighting stick is such a creamy, easy to apply stick that gives you amazingly strong highlight that pops up in photos lovely. This always leaves my makeup looking incredibly healthy and in some ways more expensive too. Highlights are perfect for creating that Festive Makeup look as you will have such a healthy glow that sometimes winter can disguise away.

Clinique Chubby  Stick 'Curviest Caramel'* | Chubby sticks are my all time favourite sort of lip products. They glide on my lips so easy and always last such a long time without topping up or smudges. On those days I don't feel daring enough for dark lips, I like to wear this lip product from Clinique. This adds a pop of pink to my lips that lets them stand out, but not as bold and vibrant as my red. I love these and I definitely recommend them if you don't always like spending a great deal of time on your lips but want the flattering bold look.

Chanel 'Arthur' Lipstick* | A classic red is a must for the festive season or a nice purple. The shade of this lipstick is such a staple to wear for all seasons, but the fact it's a high-end brand makes it a lot more special. Again I only wear this lipstick on special occasions because of its expense, but the consistency is incredibly long lasting and bold. I love everything about this lipstick. This sort of red can be dressed up or down also, but I personally love to style this with a black turtle neck dress.

NARS Dual-Intensity Blush | I am a lot bolder with my makeup in Winter so I like to use darker blushers rather than pastel shades. This is one of my favourites because not only does it include 2 beautiful paired shades, it also adds an amazing shimmery glow to your cheeks. A little goes a long way with this blusher, you do not need a lot of it because both shades combined together add such a vibrant look. This again shows up amazingly in photos!

Freedom Pro Priming Water* | To set my festive makeup off I like to spritz this priming water on top of my makeup. This can be used as a lightweight primer or as a top extra highlight. It hydrates your skin as well as gives you a boost of radiance, which is the look I like to go for in Winter. I use this as an extra highlight and I must admit it really does add radiance to my makeup and sets it off nicely ready for a party!

What I Love About Christmas

What I Love About Christmas
Apart from the expensive, mad-rush in town and the one Brussels sprout I dedicate myself to eat on my Christmas dinner, there are very few things I dislike about Christmas. This means there's a significant amount of things I do love about it but, I have managed to narrow it down to the biggest reasons why.

If you're not feeling festive yet then hopefully this will help!

1. The Atmosphere - I love the atmosphere both in my house and outside of it too. Whenever I am in town all the Christmas lights are lit, music's playing and everyone is in a merry mood to buy their gifts. Which just makes you feel excited about buying other people's presents! I also love the feel of Christmas in my house - lots of twinkling lights, Christmassy films, hot chocolates in Santa mugs and let's not forget delicious tins of chocolate. Preferably Quality Streets!

2. The Weather - I hesitated to put this one in but, since we had a glimmer of some lovely snow over the weekend there is still hope for a white Christmas. I love the weather leading up to and after Christmas, being able to snuggle in thick coats, socks, scarves etc is such a warm, comforting feel! Plus we have more excuse to have a nice, long hot bath.

3. The No-Guilt - Being able to eat and drink as much as you want without feeling guilty because most people are doing it too. I love the excuse of being able to have a piece of chocolate every day from my advent calendar, being able to have so much food stuffed on my Christmas dinner and bake sweet mince pies or Christmas cookies!

4. The Music/Films - I started creating my Christmas playlist in November I was that keen to listen to them. I love being able to listen to some classic Christmas songs and films in the comfort of my own home. Personal favourites of mine are Greg Lake, Wham and Shakin Stephens for music and Disney's Christmas Carol, The Polar Express and Edwards Scissorhands for films. What are yours?

5. Presents - Everyone loves giving and receiving presents on Christmas, don't they? It's a lovely feeling knowing the people you buy for love the gifts and vice versa. I also love being able to write lists on what to buy people for Christmas and let's not forget about wrapping them too! I always dedicate a day to wrapping presents whilst watching Christmas films.

6. The Dinner - I could not leave this and not mention the Christmas dinner, I mean this just needs a blog post for itself. I always love the smell of my house on Christmas Day, the smell of the turkey roasting, vegetable brewing and bacon off the pigs in a blanket. I always make sure I eat one Brussels sprout on Christmas and lots of stuffing. My favourite is definitely the pigs in blankets or homemade Yorkshire puddings! What is your favourite part of the dinner?

My apologies if any of you are left feeling hungry, it made me hungry just by typing.

Gift Guide: £10 And Under

Gift Guide On A Budget
Isn't it an amazing feeling being able to discover some lovely Christmas gifts that don't cost you an arm and a leg? I am always on the hunt to find some AMAZING deals on Christmas presents that have a good thought behind it. Today I wanted to share with you all a variety of gifts that are within budget and are perfect for even the fussy ones we know.

I love when brands launch sample, travel sized products around Christmas time, they are perfect for trialling before you splurge on the full size. Dove sets are perfect for this and one in particular which would be perfect for an overnight stay is the Dove Cherish Mini Set. With a deodorant, body wash and butter you are prepared for a weekend away. I like using Dove as part of my pamper routine, therefore if you know someone who enjoys pampering themselves, the Dove Real Women Washbag Gift Set is for them. With full sized products and the perfect makeup bag, this is a bargain!

I don't know a single female who doesn't want or already own a Tangle Teezer, therefore when I see them on offer and come in the cutest Christmas-cracker style packaging, how can I refuse? The miniature sized TT is perfect for popping in your handbag for on the go. If you know someone who has a love for makeup and experimenting with different looks then the Freedom House of Glamdolls Palette* is perfect. This palette covers most makeup areas: eyeshadow, brows, highlight, blush and lipgloss - therefore this could also be a good gift for girls who are starting to get into makeup. The quality of this palette is pretty good too!

Christmas candles are a must for feeling festive and winding down with a good film. Kiss Air Candles* do some incredible Christmassy scents this year that give off an amazing smell. They have a scent in Chocolate Orange which is incredible as it smells just like a Terry's Chocolate Orange! These are great value for money and last a great deal of time. If you know someone who loves jewellery and accessorizing with dainty bits, then these cute Christmas Rings* would make the perfect little stocking filler! LVNDR do some amazing accessories at a really good price and they send the gifts wrapped in tissue paper and come in cute little tote bags!

This one isn't £10 or less, but I am mentioning it anyway because it is a fun, little idea that any chocoholic would love. Thorntons have created a Christmas Gift Finder* which is basically a little game that asks you questions in relation to Christmas and at the end, your questions decide what gift hamper you deserve or someone else! The game is very festive and reminds me a lot of something from Willy Wonka.

What is your best Christmas gift bargain you've discovered??

5 Things To Do On A Sunday

Ugh Sunday, the end of the weekend and the last day before we start from the beginning again. I personally hate Sundays, they are the slowest, unproductive, boring days of the week and I always cannot wait for it to be over. Recently I have been doing things on Sunday to make the day bearable and a lot more enjoyable. So I decided to share with you some ways to spend your Sunday that are fun!

1. Catch Up - I've been taking a couple of hours of my Sunday to catch up on Youtube, TV and blog posts I have missed during the week.

2. Family Time - I sometimes like to spend my day away from the keyboard and with some family. Recently I've been trying to complete a jigsaw puzzle with my mam, which is actually impossible. At the age of 21, I can say I have been enjoying this.

3. Pamper Day - Sunday seems like the only real free day I get to relax and do whatever I please. So I've recently been taking the evening out to pamper myself with a face mask, hair mask and sometimes paint my nails.

4. Cleaning Day - This one bores me a little bit, if I play some Christmas music or stick a Disney film on as I work, it does make the day go a lot quicker. I like to take Sunday out to clean up and sometimes change things around to keep things looking fresh.

5. Go To A Market - Where I live there is a lot of weekend markets on in different areas close by. I sometimes like to walk to the Quayside to go to the market in the mornings with my boyfriend or a friend to kill some time. I always end up coming home with some lovely trinkets and brownies of course.

What do you do to make Sunday's a fun day??

A Festive Candle Haul

A Festive Candle Haul
One thing I love about the frosty wintry weather is it's now acceptable to stay in the house more. Whether it's snuggled up on the sofa watching Netflix with a good cup of tea, having a bubble bath full of LUSH products or being able to light some festive candles and completely wash away your troubles. I am always about comfort in winter, whether that's bath products, blankets, thick socks or candles. I always like to feel properly comfortable and snug. Today I have a little post on some Festive Candles by a brand called Kiss-Air and oh my they smell delicious!

Christmas Tree | This smells amazing, it has such a strong and real scent to it where you could close your eyes and totally imagine you had a real Christmas tree! Such an authentic aroma of pine trees with a hint of sweet mountain air. This is definitely a one to burn in your living room, it is very fresh and really puts you in the Christmas spirit.

Chocolate Orange | I was most excited by this flavour candle as who wouldn't want a candle that smells of Terry's Chocolate Orange? I can't guarantee this won't stop me from buying the chocolate though, as it smells so real! Such a delicious fragrance combined with milk chocolate and sweet orange notes, resting on a delicate vanilla base. I cannot get over how much this smells like an actual Terry's Chocolate Orange, I bet it'll be great for a chocolate diet!

Mulberry Spice | One scent I love in winter is cinnamon, it has such a Christmas feel to it that really excites you. This scented candle has refreshing top notes of zesty bitter orange peel and lemon, middle notes of warm wild mulberries, with base notes of freshly ground cinnamon bark and nutmeg. This is the definition of Christmas in a candle and I think this is a one I will be burning dot on Christmas day! I absolutely love the scent it really excites me for Christmas, as well as making me want a Chai Latte.

I can't wait to burn these candles throughout December and really get in the festive spirit. What I love most about these candles is how spot on they smell and I think that is down to the soy wax. These are supposed to burn up to 25-30 hours and release delicious, authentic fragrances all around the room.

Toni&Guy Fluid Metal Styler

The Perfect Gift For Hair Addicts
If there is one hair product that I am most grateful for, it has got to be hair straighteners. Not that I use heat on my hair as much as I used to, but I do occasionally like to straighten or wave my hair for nice occasions or if my hair is an unflattering mess. Today's post I bring to you this beautiful Toni&Guy Limited Edition Iridescent Hair Styler*, perfect for those hair lovers this Christmas!

I have tried my fair share of hair tools over the years and Toni&Guy is definitely a brand that categorizes as one of my favourites. If you are looking for a hair tool that's adaptable and can do it all in one, then this could be for you. The Toni&Guy Fluid Styler can straighten, curl and add a lovely wave to your hair at a variety of temperatures, perfect for those with finer hair. With a temperature dial up to 230'C, this can create any style without causing any damage or breakage. I sometimes find myself in a bit of a rush so I like to turn these on to around 140'C to straighten my hair fast. I like to spritz the Toni&Guy Heat Protection Mist* before I use any kind of heat on my hair, this just helps protect it from any damage.

Apart from the eye-catching, cool iridescent plates, another favourite part of this tool is the automatic shut-off setting. I am always one to worry whether I have turned my straighteners off before I've left the house, thankfully I now no longer need to worry!

At £44.99 these limited edition, iridescent hair straighteners are perfect if you are or know someone who is looking for a hair tool that can do it all.

Festive Yankee Candles

Festive Yankee Candles
What is Christmas without some festive candles? I personally think Yankee Candles make the perfect gifts for someone or to treat yourself to get you in the festive spirit. I always stock up on festive flavours near Christmas because winter is all about comfort and being toasty. Today I wanted to share with you all some festive Yankee Candles I received from Lovearoma.

Love Aroma is a specialist home fragrance retailer, bringing together a collection of famous brands from across the globe. Offering over 60 fragrances from the market-leading brand famous for true-to-life fragrances and its iconic house-warmer jar candles. With a variety of home fragrances with a fantastic selection of gift sets including little stocking fillers for under £10 and a Yankee Candle advent calendar. KEEP YOUR EYES PEELED FOR BLACK FRIDAY DEALS.

I received the Yankee Candle Christmas 5 Voltive Gift set which is at £8.99 at the moment. Including Cosy By The Fire, Christmas Cookie, Bundle Up, Winter Glow and Berry Trifle. All of which smell so festive and really excite me for Christmas! This set of 5 is a perfect gift to someone who loves candles or, you could even open the box and individually give a couple to certain loved ones. As well as these lovely scents I received a Winter Voltive Holder with a design of a snowflake on the front. This is perfect for both samplers and tealights and with creating a festive feel wherever you place it.

Cosy By The Fire is new from Yankee Candle, with a warm mix of ginger, clove and orange combined with woody notes to give the snap of a crackling fire and the comfort of a hot and aromatic drink beside it. I love any warm, woody scents around Christmas as they definitely have a relaxing smell to them and are perfect to light when you're sat with a hot drink. Christmas Cookie is definitely a one to have if you love the smell of rich sweet, sugary scents. With buttery rich, vanilla scented and holiday sugar cookies, this candle will definitely give you the urge to bake some Christmas cookies. Whenever I burn this candle I always feel very happy, the smell has such a sweet, pleasant scent to it.

Bundle Up is a hard one to describe, it is a lot more subtle than the other candles and has a very calm scent to it. With a touch of citrus add the crispness of cool powdered snow to layer of fresh linen. It definitely has a fresh smell to it, but if you prefer subtle scents this is a one I would try. Winter Glow has a much more of a mature, fresh scent to it. With a crisp scent of frosted leaves on snow-covered trees in the cool air, all warmed by golden amber sun rays. I like to light this candle in large open rooms like my living room or a bathroom. It has a lovely fresh scent to it with a hint of Christmas!

Berry Trifle is another new Christmas scent from Yankee Candle. With the mouth-watering fragrance of fresh berries, tangy and sharp, nested on a white bed of soft vanilla cream. Out of them all this one is my favourite, it has a such a sharp scent to it that smells delicious. It's a scent I would love to come home to

5 Beauty Secrets You Won't Know

5 Beauty Secrets You Want To Know
I am always on the lookout for some simple, easy tips and tricks that'll benefit my beauty regime hugely. I have been doing some digging on the world wide web recently to find some beauty secrets that I haven't heard of before, which I have decided to share with you all.

1. Coconut Oil As A Makeup Remover - You can use coconut oil as a makeup remover which will save you a bit of money. This works amazingly if you wear a lot of eye makeup. The oil is so soft and gentle it'll leave your eyes feeling moisturized and brighter.

2. Perfume Lasts Longer With Vaseline - If you apply Vaseline on your wrists, neck etc before spraying your favourite perfume, this will make the scent last longer throughout the day. Perfect for those long days out!

3. Draw The Number 3 To Contour - When you contour your cheekbones always work by drawing the number 3. By drawing from the outer side of your forehead, moving into your cheekbones and at your jaw. Also when highlighting do a reversed 3 above the brow and cheekbone. This adds such a classic definition to your face.

4. Natural Yogurt is Amazing For Dry Skin - If you suffer from dry skin perhaps pick up some natural yoghurt at your supermarket and apply it to dry skin and leave for 20/30 minutes before rinsing off with water. I used to do this all the time when I had dry skin and it always leaves your skin feeling silky soft and hydrated,

5. Keep Nail Polish In Fridge - If you keep your polish in the fridge it lasts longer and goes on a lot more smoother! Yay to not having to throw them out as quickly.

My Thoughts On Vichy Products

My Thoughts On Vichy Products
Vichy is one of those skincare brands I always like the sound of but I never think to go over to a counter and explore - not entirely sure why. Autumn and Winter are the two seasons I up my skincare game and try a variety of products to help keep my skin hydrated and looking fresh.

Today I am going to be talking about how I got on with two products by the brand Vichy and whether I would purchase from them in the future.

Vichy Purete Thermale Fresh Cleansing Gel | This cleansing gel is an optimised formula for all skin types. The foamy gel consistency leaves your skin feeling fresh, pampered and extremely soft. I have ditched my La Roche-Posay Cleansing Gel and replaced it by using another. So far I have really enjoyed using this cleansing gel, as it leaves my skin feel so fresh and clean. Compared to my LRP cleanser this one doesn't have as strong of a scent if anything this smells very clean and refreshing. I don't think it does anything with regards to imperfections and oiliness but, it is a nice cleanser to have if you have good skin days.

Vichy Purete Thermale Beautifying Cleansing Micellar Oil | This cleansing micellar oil removes even the toughest of make-up and is suitable for all skin types. This lightweight, effective and non-greasy oil ensures that both oily and dry skin types will benefit from its clarifying care. I have tried micellar waters before but never a micellar oil, so this one really intrigued me. I was a bit apprehensive to apply an oil to my face for removing my make-up, but I gave it a try. This product lives to its expectations it really does remove all traces of make-up and leaves your skin feeling incredibly fresh and clean. I have actually ditched my micellar water for this and I feel as though this moisturizes my skin as well, whereas micellar waters only ever removed make-up.

Overall I am really impressed with both of these products, I would happily purchase the cleansing micellar oil again as I feel as though this really benefited my skin. I don't think I would pick up the cleansing gel as my skin needs a bit more TLC on those imperfections in the winter. I am really impressed with the brand Vichy and whenever I pop into a beauty store I will be heading over to Vichy.

9 Simple Ways To Use Coconut Oil

Ways to use coconut oil
We all have a bathroom cabinet stashed with trustworthy, emergency products like Sudocream and Vaseline as they essentially save the day for all kinds of situations. I think we should add another to our cabinets, say hello to Coconut Oil. This has quickly become one of my favourite multipurpose products and I can totally see why everyone recommends it.

Today I wanted to share with you all some simple ways you can use Coconut Oil and believe me these aren't even all of them!

1. Makeup Remover - This works brilliantly if you wear a lot of eye makeup, the oil is so soft and gentle. It leaves your eyes feeling moisturized as well as a cleaner!

2. Cuticle Softener - Coconut Oil can make your nails stronger and healthier which is perfect for people like me who don't go to extreme effort to take care of nails...

3. Shaving Cream - If you semi-melt this product it can be used as an alternative to shaving cream. This is amazing as I absolutely hate buying shaving cream, that stuff is pricey.

4. Eye Cream - A good eye cream is also pricey so why not use a dab of this under your eyes. This will make your eyes feel moisturized which is perfect for the colder months!

5. Scrub - Running low on exfoliator? Grab some sugar or salt and mix together to create your own body scrub and wallah!

6. Teeth Whitening - Mix with baking soda and you will have such a white smile!

7. Body Lotion - Rub all over your body as a substitute to body lotions, I like to use this on the more drier areas: knee caps, elbows etc

8. Frizz Tamer - Rub a 5p size in your hands and smooth on the ends of your hair for frizz-free hair! (Also adds a healthy shine!)

9. Soothe Dry Hands - Winter is the worst time for getting dry hands, rub coconut oil into your hands and they will be nice a smooth!

And those are just the start of what you can do with coconut oil!

Appleyard London Autumn Flowers

Appleyard London Flowers
Appleyard London Flowers
Flowers are one of those special gifts that I love receiving and giving, but I also think making a house feel homier. Today I am going to introduce something new and exciting to my blog and that is Appleyard London Flowers.

I was straight away drawn to Appleyard London Rose Envy Bouquet, which is a beautiful mix of Versilia roses, memory lane roses and deep red roses nestled between glossy red berries and blue veronica.

They arrived on next day delivery and I was a little worried about how they would get delivered. They were boxed beautifully and securely in a huge box (which my cat claimed her new home). The bouquet is stunning and the choice in colours make the perfect Autumnal flowers that fill the room.

Even though these flowers are beautiful and smell incredible, I don't think I would pay £41.00 for some personal, as this bouquet lasted just over a week then they died out. For someone who truly appreciates and loves flowers, these will make the perfect celebratory gift. And speaking of celebratory gifts Appleyard London has now launched their Christmas Flowers and Hampers, which will make the perfect gift to someone who loves flowers.

I overall think Appleyard is a beautiful brand that delivers the most stunning bouquets that look very personal and unique. Their prices range from £22 upwards, and you are able to choose the size of the bouquet you wish. If any of you are thinking about purchasing these beautiful flowers to brighten someone's day.

My Daily Beauty Supplements

My Daily Beauty Supplements
My Daily Beauty Supplements
I am one of those people who's always on the lookout for effortless ways to achieve healthier skin, hair and general well-being - without the time consumption. For today's post, I wanted to share with you all my current daily beauty supplements that I do believe have created such a difference to my overall health.

Fountain Hair Molecule | Or I like to call it hair medicine as you essentially consume this as though you were taking medicine for your hair to cure it. You take two teaspoons of this hair molecule every single day, I like to take it as soon as I wake up. The taste is quite sweet like a berry and easy to consume alone, or mixed in a drink if you wish. This beauty supplement helps to stimulate the growth of your hair, leaving your tresses looking and feeling stronger and healthier. As well as hydrating your scalp to achieve rapid hair growth, this hair medicine also encourages helping nails grow too, which believe me is a big deal as I am useless with my nails. I have been consuming this in my diet almost every day now and despite having my haircut not long ago I am already seeing a difference in the length of my hair. Not sure if this is all in my head quite literally, but I do notice a difference in the overall length, feel and look to my hair.

ZV Time Defying Tablets (Pink) | These beauty supplements are skin tablets that help contribute to the normal formation of Collagen, meaning they'll help your skin to look fresh and plump. They are proved to leave your skin softer, smoother and firmer reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. You are to take 2 of these per day, I personally only take 1 a day as I am already consuming other supplements. Even though I am only 21 and my skin is still youthful, I do like to take supplements that could benefit me long-term. But hey let's hope I don't get wrinkles anytime soon!

Complete Hair, skin & Nails (orange) | These are great for 3 parts of your body, which is already selling it for me. I am quite lazy when it comes to nails and I have to admit since taking these and the hair molecule my nails are looking a lot stronger and grow quicker. Same goes with my hair too, I think consuming both products together is really making a difference to my hair. I am yet to notice a difference to my skin though, which isn't surprising as my skin does seem to take a lot longer to notice any changes.

A-Z Multivitamins & Minerals (red) | I have tried multivitamins before from Boots but once I had run out and stopped taking them I was noticing I was getting headaches, weird huh? Not sure if these were helping but I am hoping so. Zipvit's multivitamin & minerals support the normal function of the nervous system (vitamin B6), the normal function of the immune system (vitamin B12, iron), whilst also contributing to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Other benefits include the support of normal muscle function, bones, teeth, hair skin and nails. A lot of benefits for such a tiny supplement. I have definitely noticed a difference in taking 1 of these vitamins a day. I don't feel as tired or get as many headaches as much. I personally love these vitamins!

Overall, I definitely think taking beauty supplements every day can make such an easy, effortless change to your overall health. As I previously mentioned I can be quite lazy when it comes to my nails especially so taking a vitamin every day really does make a difference, rather than applying creams and other products to them.

Beauty Haul From Cosme-De

Beauty Haul From COSME-DE
Hello, lovelies I hope you are having a good week so far and are happy that it is one more month until Christmas! For today's post, I want to talk about one of my favourite online beauty stores at the moment: COSME-DE

When it's Autumn/Winter I find I rely a little bit more on online shopping, why? I want to avoid the mad rush around town and I want to be sat in my pyjamas mostly throughout winter drinking a hot chocolate. I know I will be using COSME-DE for online gifts this year, as they have literally everything beauty related! Makeup, haircare, skincare, fragrances, organic bits and even gifts for men! I think this website is perfect for any beauty fanatics like myself or to treat someone you know this Christmas.

They are always selling weekly deals, discounts and some amazing staples from brands we have all lusted over, cough talking about you NARS. Everything is genuine and all the products are freshly sold, which is what I like about this company because a lot of websites don't mention that and it's very important.

The delivery didn't take that long to arrive either which was great and I was thrilled when the postman dropped the parcel off. The first product I received was a Tangle Teezer for damp, tangled hair. I have been using this instead of the original TT and so far I can definitely see a difference. It is a quirky looking thing to hold and brush through your hair but my hair does feel a lot less tangled when I use this. Marc Jacobs is one of my favourite scents and these little perfume sample sized bottles are perfect for trying out or as a gift to someone you know. I pop one of these in my handbag and they always come in handy on the go. I am considering getting some for my mam this Christmas too!

The YSL Touche Eclat has been on my wishlist for countless years now so I was thrilled to finally be able to get my hands on it. As it stands I am still not entirely sure whether I like this product or not, perhaps I am using it wrong so I will have to do some research on how it works. The final beauty item I received was the Shu Uemura eyelash curlers and so far I cannot seem to stop using them. They make such a dramatic difference to my lashes! Who needs 3 coats of mascara now?!

I would definitely recommend buying your Christmas beauty stash from COSME-DE this year. The customer service is incredibly lovely and you aren't waiting a huge amount of time for your order either!

My 5 Must-Have Accessories

My 5 Must-Have Accessories
The accessories for me always bring together an outfit, they can totally change the perception of how your outfit looks. These are my top 5 must-have accessories that I cannot live without at the moment and always style an outfit well.

Topshop Rose Gold Style Sunglasses - No matter what time of the year it is I will always carry these sunglasses in my handbag. The ombre styled lenses add a stylish touch to any outfit and let's not forget the dreamy rose gold frame.

Dorothy Perkins Nude Pompom Slipper Pumps - These are so cosy to wear and great to throw on with a pair of skinny jeans or some printed trousers. I think they really add a touch of class and elegance to an outfit. The pompom style is too adorable and not to everyone's taste but I personally love it!

Daniel Wellington Rose Gold Watch* - I cannot seem to leave the door without this watch, it really sets an outfit off and can be worn for all occasions. The rose gold detailing combined with the white eggshell dial and brown leather straps really make this watch look simplistic and classy. If you are interested in treating yourself to one of these stunning watches I have a 15% off code for you, the code is katiesworldofbeauty

Topshop Black Bralet - Sometimes wearing a plain black bra when you are chilling in the house or dressed casually can seem like a waste of time. Lately, I have been wearing bralets a lot more, styled with casual outfits and I think the detailing of this bralet really looks interesting and edgy.

Primark Marble Triangle Necklace - Whenever my outfit is in need of a necklace I go for this marble effect gold necklace. It goes quite nicely with a lot of casual clothes but could possibly be styled up nicely with an evening outfit too.

What is your must-have accessory??

7 Things I Like To Do In Autumn

7 Things I Like To Do In Autumn
I cannot put into words how thrilled I am that it's finally Autumn! Crispy leaves, purple lipsticks, knitted socks, Starbucks Pumpkin Spice lattes and finally it is acceptable to start planning all of the festivities we have coming soon.

Here are some things I like to do that gets me in the mood for autumn

1. Bake: I like baking all year round but once autumn is here I like to bake lots of Halloween, Christmas treats. If you follow my Pinterest you will know how much I love re-pinning foodie treats to bake.

2. De-Clutter: Every season I like to give my room a little bit of a revamp just to keep it fresh and in season. I have started to get my coats and winter clothing on display ditched the bright pink lipsticks and added a lot more fairy lights around my room.

3. Stock Up: Every single time autumn/winter is here I will stock up on countless amounts of candles, thick socks and bath products. I have baths a lot more in the colder months so these are all essential for me to stock up on to keep warm and relaxed!

4. Go On Walks: I think it is important to try and keep active just as much in the colder months as well as summer. Going on walks to parks, kicking my feet through crisp brown leaves whilst sipping a pumpkin spice latte or walking through winter markets smitten over the little trinkets is always a hobby I enjoy to do.

5. Drink Chai Latte: Chai Latte is my favourite autumnal drink to order when I am in a coffee shop. The cinnamon spice and milky taste are like autumn/winter in a mug and the perfect drink to have during the colder months.

6. Write Lists: Since Autumn/winter is one of the busier times of the years for keeping on top of things I decided now is the time for a new notebook, any excuse. This notebook will be used for writing Christmas lists, birthdays and other festive occasions. You can purchase this marble notebook from Uniqfind* which if you love marble, ceramic designs you will love this site!

7. Relax: Even though this is simply the busiest time of the year I like to relax a bit more from now till January. All of the above are ways I like to relax that don't take much effort to do but make such a difference.
